• Health System Pharmacist of the Year nomination letters should be forwarded to Michelle Kelley (michelle.kelley@lmhosp.org). All other award nominations can be forwarded  to Mark Rogers (Mark.Rogers@LMHOSP.ORG) and Shannon Levesque (SMLevesque@KentRI.org).
