Learning Objectives
At the completion of this activity, pharmacists will be able to:
1. Recall oral anticoagulant agents and their mechanisms of action
2. Identify the available reversal agents for oral anticoagulants
3. Review the place in therapy of anticoagulation reversal agents based on national treatment guideline
4. Interpret primary literature comparing the utilization of four factor prothrombin complex concentrate (4F-PCC) and andexanet alfa (Andexanet)
5. Distinguish the different dosing strategies of four factor prothrombin complex concentrate and apply these dosing strategies to different reversal scenarios
