Evaluate the impact of implementing a COPD disease management program involving a pharmacist-physician partnership model on patient symptoms, exacerbations, and medication costs8. Describe the role of a neurology clinical pharmacist9. Explain the benefits of having a neurology-focused clinical pharmacist10. Describe the recent changes in pain management during surgery11. Define the multi-modal pain management for post-surgical care12. Recall current treatment recommendations for Clostridioides difficile13. CE credit will be transferred to the CPE Monitor upon successful completion of the program evaluation. Transfer of CE credit should be verified at mycpemonitor.net where CE statements are available to print.
