Learning ObjectivesUpon completion of this learning activity, pharmacist participants will be able to:
1. Describe common causes of medication errors in pediatric patients2. Explain methods for increasing safe use of liquid medications in pediatric patients3. Summarize relevant guidance and literature highlighting direct oral anticoagulants (DOACs) in cancer-associated venous thromboembolism (CAT)4. Identify strengths, weaknesses, and potential for bias in the Caravaggio trial5. Explain the relevance of the results to current clinical practice and the influence on change in the future
